How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. After leaving our facility, you can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your pergola, patio set, or heater every step of the way to your door.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new outdoor furniture. If something is not quite right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will walk you through the return or exchange process.
Can I exchange an item for a different style or size?
Absolutely. If you need a different patio dining set configuration or a different heater model, get in touch and we will coordinate the exchange as smoothly as possible.
How do I choose the right pergola size for my space?
Start by measuring your deck or patio area and leaving at least two feet of clearance on each side. If you are still unsure, send us your dimensions and a photo and we will recommend the best fit.
Are your patio heaters suitable for covered patios?
Many of our patio heaters are designed for open-air or semi-covered spaces. Check the product listing for clearance requirements, or contact us with details about your setup for a personalized recommendation.
